Data storage: Our data is stored securely in Sydney Data centres, within our private Amazon Web Services (AWS) subnet. It's like having a digital safe for your information.

Hosting and security: Amazon's hosting services use world-class security measures that comply with stringent security requirements, ensuring your data is safe. All engineering access is protected by VPN and further secured with 2 factor authentication.

Compliance measures: The Prosple platform adheres to industry standards for security. Our infrastructure (AWS) and Identity Management service (Auth0) maintain robust security practices.

Testing and Maintenance: Security is not a one-time thing; it's an ongoing commitment. We regularly perform penetration tests on our application to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring your data stays fortress-like.

Encryption and Access Control: All databases, from content to user preferences, are encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm. Access is tightly controlled, with only trusted users having entry, and continuous monitoring helps us maintain a strong security posture.

Who has access to identifiable student data?

Employers to whom students apply or register interest with can gain access to their profiles and the additional details submitted during the application process.

Additionally, we may also share information about students with the institution they are currently attending if we also have an agreement with that institution. This tailored approach ensures that data access aligns with user preferences, fostering a secure and personalized experience for each user within the Prosple platform. Prosple will never share or sell any information without the student's consent.
